Welcome to Pet Money Manager (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using the App, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") carefully. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not register or use the App. By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.
2. Services
The App provides personal financial bookkeeping services, including but not limited to:
- Income and expense records
- Bill category management
- Financial statistics and analysis
- Budget management
- Cloud data sync
3. User Registration
1. Users must register an account before using the App. Users should provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering.
2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account and password and for all activities under their account.
3. Users may not transfer, rent, or lend their account to others.
4. User Conduct
When using the App, users must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not:
- Upload or publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
- Use the App for any illegal activity
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, images, software, audio, and video, is owned by the App or its licensors. Without authorization, users may not copy, modify, or distribute such content.
6. Disclaimer
1. Financial data provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice.
2. The App is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or system maintenance.
3. Users bear their own losses caused by violating this Agreement or applicable laws.
7. Agreement Changes
The App may modify this Agreement when necessary. Users will be notified of changes via in-app notifications. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
